This featured chapter is part of a volunteer training course created to reduce uncertainty for first-time volunteers at a Spectrum Autism Support Group event. Leading the creative direction and content development for the project, I worked closely with the nonprofit’s subject matter experts to produce clear, informative content. To bring the course to life, engaging animations, professional voice talent, and customizable music options were integrated throughout the course.By providing this essential pre-event foundation, the project transforms the volunteer experience into one of confidence and creates a deeply supportive, welcoming environment for Spectrum families.
